Lab-ready on delivery.
Before anything is licensed, our pipeline strips out everything that could identify a guest, an employee or a card. Then we clean, standardize and quality-check it. By the time it reaches the lab, it's in tip-top shape. The scrubbing is on us. You never pay for it.

AI is learning
to do real work
The next wave of AI agents will run bookings, answer guests and fix problems on their own. To learn that, labs need to see how real teams actually get work done. Your business has years of it.
Real decisions
How your team handles a double booking, a broken pump or a refund request. Judgment calls no textbook captures.
Across your tools
A guest emails, the manager pings the team on WhatsApp, a ticket gets opened, a doc gets updated. Labs want the whole chain.
Start to finish
Work that plays out over days and weeks, including what went wrong. Mistakes and fixes teach AI as much as wins.

We scrub it. You get paid.
Sign one agreement. We extract, scrub and delete the raw copy. Your first payment lands at extraction. You audit the final version.
What we buy
If your team uses it to run the business, it probably has value. The more unique your business, the better.
How your team works, day to day
Labs pay the most for the tools your team talks and works in. Bundled together, these usually drive the biggest offers.

You license it.
You still own it.
You stay in control.
Nothing moves until you sign, and nothing leaves that could identify a guest or an employee.
Your secret sauce stays yours
Point to any recipe, process or playbook you consider proprietary and we leave it out. It is worth more to you than to any lab.
We don't want sensitive files
HR files, health information, legal contracts and customer identities are excluded or scrubbed. They are a liability, not value.
Raw data is deleted
A raw copy exists only while we build the anonymous version. Then access is revoked and the raw copy is deleted.
AI training only
Your agreement limits use to AI training. No marketing to your guests, and no building a competitor.
You audit the final version
See exactly what the lab receives and confirm it meets the standard we promised.
Licensing, not selling
Labs get usage rights for AI training. Ownership of the data stays with you.
Your scooter deal is untouched
The data program is separate and optional. Your rental revenue share stays exactly the same.
Clear, written terms
Permitted use, payment and duration are spelled out in one agreement. No surprises.
Same team.
New revenue stream.
You already know us from the scooters at your front door. The data program runs with the same partner managers and the same hands-off approach.
Questions
partners ask
Who actually uses my data?
AI labs training the next generation of AI agents, the kind that can handle real multi-step work on their own. They need real examples of how teams make decisions across email, chat and other tools. Use is limited to AI training in writing. They cannot use it to market to your guests or compete with you.
How much will I get paid?
Most licenses fall between $100,000 and $500,000. You need at least 20 employees to qualify. Teams of 20+ with 2 to 4 years of records sit at the lower end. Businesses with 50+ employees, 7+ years and several types of data, like bookings, POS, emails and call recordings, sit at the higher end. Your estimate is instant, and the firm offer comes after a short review.
Is it really anonymous?
Yes. No real names are ever used. We remove names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, card numbers and faces, and replace people with random IDs before anything is licensed. You review a sample of the scrubbed data before it ships.
What data is most valuable?
The tools your team works in every day: email, Google Drive, Slack or WhatsApp, your support desk and any ticketing or project tools. Labs want to see how work flows from one step to the next. Bookings, POS and other operating data add value on top, especially when they come bundled with it.
What if some of it is confidential?
Tell us where it lives and we leave it out. Proprietary recipes, pricing playbooks and anything that is your competitive edge stay with you. We also exclude HR files, health information and legal contracts.
Do you keep my raw data?
No. A raw copy exists only while we build the anonymous version. Once it is done, we revoke access and delete the raw copy. The lab only ever sees the scrubbed version, and you can audit it.
Is this legal? What about guest privacy?
Yes, when done correctly. We remove personal information before licensing, work within your existing privacy policy and applicable privacy laws, and put permitted use in writing. If a dataset cannot be cleanly licensed, we will not buy it.
Who qualifies?
Hotels, restaurants, waterparks, attractions, marinas, rental and retail businesses with 20+ employees (W2 and contractors combined) and at least 2 years of business records. Current Go X partners get priority.
Do I need a tech team?
No. Most tools connect with a read-only login that we revoke when we're done, or you can export the files yourself. Where that is tricky, we work with your vendor or walk your manager through it on a short call.
Do I have to be a current Go X partner?
The program is built for current Go X partners first, but we also welcome other hotels, restaurants, waterparks, attractions and rental businesses. Tell us about your business in the form.
Does this affect my scooter partnership?
No. The data program is completely separate and optional. Your revenue share from rentals stays exactly the same.
What if I am part of a franchise or management company?
That is common. We will confirm who owns the data and who needs to sign off, and we can include ownership or brand approval in the process.
